Open System Preferences and go to Keyboard:

Select the Shortcuts tab. Make sure the box for "Use keyboard navigation to move focus between controls" is checked.

Open Safari Preferences:

Select the Advanced tab. Make sure the box for "Press Tab to highlight each item on a webpage" is checked.

MUSCLE

Men Using Support, Compassion and Love to Encourage (MUSCLE) provide opportunities for students to feel the impact of a positive male influence in their lives. Men greet students at the door each morning, welcoming the students to school and letting each one know they are glad they are here. Men could also visit with the students during lunch and recess. Cardinal MUSCLE focuses on students making them feel noticed and valued.
